Working with Mercedes-Benz of Burlington was a pleasure! They quickly responded to my inquiry and were very accommodating setting up the test drive. The car was clean and ready when I arrived. It was exactly as described and pictured. The staff at the dealership were warm and welcoming. The sales person was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. A complete lack of professionalism from a their marketing staff and manager, who was argumentative and rude. There was no reply from the Sales or General management after they were notified. I inquire about available discounts on a 2018 Gle and was brashly told there was none the price was the price. They made an appointment to contact me on a Monday AM to see the car that AM. They never called until the afternoon and with total disregard inquired when I was arriving? I live about 45 mi from the dealership. I was told that they were busy and in a meeting. Then the Marketing manager emailed me about my comment that they misspelled the name of their town. She became very defensive with no regard that I was a customer. Evidently no one there cared. Very small minded. Why would anyone buy a car from an organization that doesn't care about customers? I have bought Mercedes for years and was always treated with respect. What has happened to Mercedes customer relationship?

Not happy i had asked if vehicle is a seven seater. They told me yes. When i arrive it was a 6 seater. Drove for over an hour each way. You can tell Vehicle was not clean well.

Despite the high end look of the dealership - I experienced "corner-lot" sales tactics and deception. After connecting with the dealership about this vehicle and arranging to meet to see the vehicle - they sold it to someone else. The excuses - "another sales guy didn't know it was reserved"/"I should have asked you for a deposit". The bigger issue was the deception and "bait/switch". The morning I planned to go to the dealership (1 hour away from my home), I called the salesman to let him know I was running about 30 minutes late. He called me back to confirm and also mentioned that the car had just come from their shop where it was being polished and it would be ready for me to test drive when I arrived. As he greeted us in the lobby he said "you're not going to be happy - the car was sold last night". There is no way he did not know this when we spoke exactly 1 hour before arriving! Needless to say I let him know what I thought of the way we had been treated/deceived/tricked.

My apologies for the mix up! I was recently disappointed in a similar situation when I was buying a rare motorcycle so I know exactly how you’re feeling; not happy!

We’d never waste a client’s time intentionally. The sales person who sold the vehicle the night before received his client’s commitment after closing. I contacted MBoB this morning about a car I had seen through CarGurus and spoke to Mark. He was very informative and did a great job luring me in to go look at and test drive said vehicle. I reviewed the vehicle before speaking with him in person and we took it for a test drive. He was knowledgable of the car and very transparent with what condition the vehicle came in as under a trade-in, and what MBoB had done to return it to a like-new condition before listing for sale. He went as far as what they had done in terms of parts replaced, overall cost, etc. Very reassuring to have that sort of transparency on a used vehicle. When it came time to talk numbers he was very pleasant when I presented him with 3 different offers and the negotiations with him and Lenny went smoothly. I wound up putting a deposit on the car and once they receive the title and I have my paperwork from insurance etc. we will be closing on the deal. Thanks guys!

Please note that the Carfax programs have evolved over the last few months. Beyond reporting accidents they also can report what I’d call “incidents”. This would usually include front or rear bumper damage but something less substantial than an accident and one where no insurance claim was made. We all know fender benders occur everyday but it’s nice to now know the severity. I think it’s a step in the right direction for consumers.

I called and was in the middle of negotiating a deal with a clearly new sales person. We had an agreed upon price of the vehicle and were working on my trade in value. The day started to stop away and while negotiating my sales rep started to deal with a customer that was there in person, so I didn’t get to finish my negotiation that day (not a big deal, things happen) but with out any notice, my sales rep took the next day off and didn’t pass me along to another sales rep. So the following day, my sales rep Nick calls me and tells me the used car had been sold out from under me. Pretty crappy experience when you think you are about to make a deal and someone decides to take a day off and not keep a smooth process in place to keep the deal moving.

This particular CLA250 was no longer available but Tim (sales rep) assisted me in finding muy perfect CLA250. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. If I love my Benz as much as I believe I will, the Burlington dealership has a customer for life.

Contacted dealer Sunday night they got right back to me and called me Monday morning as soon as they opened. I made an appointment to view the car at 2pm after speaking to them at 9 am. I arrived at 2 and the car was out front but filthy dirty .I started the car and the check engine light came on within ten feet .The salesman said he would have service check it out. When he returned he said it had a missfire but was safe to drive the car was undrivable do to running so rough. Acording to carfax the car was in for service at this dealer on 10/19. A total wazte of my time .Stay away

Sales people were excellent, but the car we went to look at was advertised as something it clearly is not. We pull up to a beautiful show room where you can get a latte and your nails done. Which is very nice to say the least but don't be fooled people, its all in the price. Complimentary??? You def have already paid for it if you bought and service your car there. Its already in the bottom line. Anyway when we pulled up to the car that was advertised, for one it was dirty, rims covered in break dust which you think they would have cleaned the car in preparation, the rims were covered in scuffs, and the motor had a nasty tick. I was very surprised that Mercedes of Burlington even had that car on the lot. It was obvious the car was not taken care of and was beat. The salesman kept trying to tell us that it was a nice car....no it wasn't. Not for the price and the cars we have seen in comparison. Very unhappy to say the least.

I was very disappointed. I was prepared to pay cash for this car. I set up a visit and then was notified that someone at the dealer took a deposit on a used car and it was no longer available. The deposit came from someone in Oklahoma and I am right here in Massachusetts. I thought dealers do not take deposits on used cars. Anyway it sucked all the way around.

Prompt call and texted me the next day. Answered all my questions. Without seeing the car, made 2 reasonable offers. Dealer was stuck on their asking price. No negotiations/no counter offers. No follow up calls either. No thank you.

I didn't purchase from them as the car advertised wasn't available but they were quick to answer my email and gave me a couple of other options and have not been a pain with repetitive emails.

First time here,great experience.i got a Nissan murano used for my daughter.they took care of everything,treated the car as if it was a brand new Mercedes.it was completely detailed inside and out,filled up with gas and brought to the front door.thank you Burlington Mercedes my daughter and I are very happy.

Excellent communication and dealer was willing to negotiate some on the price through email exchanges; however, the preowned vehicle I was interested in according to Carguru's Matrix was six thousand over M.V. And with the incentives currently in play with Mercedes, I can buy a new vehicle with similar options for less. Summary: Great inventory, excellent internet sales division, but customers will pay well above M.V. for this experience.

Would not come down off the price, priced too high in its market. Even after showing the sales rep that information, she proceeded to defend the price. Overpriced for this car!!! No one listen to these people. Just purchased the same car, 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, black interior/black exterior, Pure Premium Hatchback with $20,000 miles for $29,000

This was the worst experience at a dealership that I have ever experienced. Stay Away !!!!! When I told them I wanted to have my local dealership inspect the vehicle for a INSPECTION STICKER, the deal was suddenly off. The sales manager Andrew told me the mechanic at Mercedes-Benz Of Burlington suddenly put a deposit on the vehicle that was being prepped for ME. This happened after I agreed to purchase the vehicle at their price. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
