the staff dd reply back to me but sdaid that it was a trade in and they didnt have any photos just yet and that they would send me some then it took a few days the truck was not in the conditon i was inquiring about waste of time communication about infofrmation on the vehicle was not great thank you

The staff at Bill Harris Chevrolet were professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and communication was amazing. We had dreaded the buying process and hats off to Matt in sales and Nate in finance who were superb to work with!

Avoid this place, staff is clueless. They will sell the car out from under you and ask if you would like some other junk. They take days to respond, then when you tell them you went somewhere else and stop calling. They then continue to call from different sales people.

It takes a long time for them to get back to you after you have asked a question.

I was approved to purchase a 2025 Denali. I could not make it until Saturday morning to pick the truck up. He stated that was fine and that he would see me Saturday. As I was getting ready to leave I received a text stating they sold the vehicle, but had a different one I could purchase. The dealership is two hours a way. If I wanted a different one, I would have purchased one where I live. Which I ended up doing, but was so disappointed at their professionalism.

My wife and I were shopping for a 2024 Honda Accord and we came across a car at Alpha GMC and made arrangements to see Jimi Basiletti. It was a two hour drive each way but the car was priced right- in fact, it was downright cheap for the condition, mileage, and trim. I had an opportunity to speak with Jimi and with the general manager of the dealership over the phone before we went and both seemed like straight shooters and no-nonsense guys so we made the drive. I am so glad we did!! We got more for our trade than we expected, and Jimi and Brian Turner in finance worked to get us a really outstanding interest rate that was better than we had calculated in our budget. The car was priced so well that we did not haggle out of basic decency. The car was clean and fresh, and Jimi went out of his way to remove the ugly "Honda" banner that the previous owner put on the top of the windshield with vinyl lettering. He also came through by mailing the second key to me- outstanding service!
