Trying to figure out a trade in on a truck process isnt as quick as i figured it would be …..

The general manager call me and sent me an email say the car would be clean and waiting on me about two hours before my appointment that was a little over an hour away! When I got there they didn’t even know who I was or that I was coming! True sales rep said the Jeep sold the day before, she didn’t know why it was still posted on the website

No one ever contacted back...poor customer service to me!!!

Brandi was so helpful and I was so thankful to have her. We had a crazy test drive but she was so sweet and patient. I was thankful for the finance dept, Angelica I think her name is, for finding financing quickly. Everything was so smooth. Very thankful for them and hope to work with them in the future!
