I purchased this vehicle even though they would not budge on price. I left it there for a week to get it ready for me. When I picked it up the stuff was not all fixed and spare was in the bed. The truck has mismatched tires on it etc. When bringing it home the service engine light come on and when I called in I was told that I purchased the warranty and to take it to my local dealer to get repaired and send them the bill. I told them I was in a rental car and needed this and am upset that I was left in this position for me to take care of. A proper response would of been we are sorry just bring it back and we will put u in a loaner as we get it right. Who sells a used vehicle with mismatched tires of tread design etc after saying it went thru a long service process as the oil life was at 23% and looks dirty but they claim it was changed

The dealer contacted ne by e-mail and stated that they would call me in a short time to discuss the vehicle, but never called. The next Day I called them 2 times and never got a return call. Finally I left a message that I was driving there to look at the car with no return call and after a 40 mile drive the car had a contract on it from day 1. what a waste of time. They have good deals but customer service does not seem important

To write that it was an overwhelming waste of time is an understatement. The salesman I dealt with wanted zero part of me once he learned my credit wasn’t perfect; nor did the fianance Mgr who apparently are cousins. Both indicated they would call me back and neither did. Was instructed to go on the test drive by myself as he tossed the keys to me and walked away. I drove 90 minutes there and 90 back learning that was precious time I will never get back. Easily thee worst auto dealership I have ever come across.

We called & wanted to test drive a car on their lot so they tell us to come on over when we get there they say they can’t find the car then say it’s sold then come back again & say no the buyer backed out & it’s in the shop but we will call you when it’s out! We never heard from them,I call again to see if we can see it,they say it’s in the shop & it’s now sold.

Salesman couldn’t even find the truck I was looking at, this went on for at least 25 minutes. Kept bragging on how they are the number one dealership in the nation but refused to negotiate on a price or even know if the truck was already sold. . I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I tried to contact another salesman and still haven’t had any response.

Customer service isn't the best. He had another customer come in and was basically done with us. Won't buy from this dealership ever. Tahoe was crap. Had an issue with the tires so they put GMC wheels on a Chevy Tahoe and wouldn't come off the price any for the multiple issues this vehicle had! We drove almost 2 hours to be treated like this guy didn't have the time for us.

Drove 2 hours wanting to buy a certain car and our salesmen asked that we message him when we were about 30 minutes out so he could have it ready for us which we did, but when we got about 5 minutes away he called and said something was up with the car they couldn’t get in it but we could come in and see if there was anything else. We got there and drove a different car and liked it but still wanted to drive the VW we originally wanted to look at but they said they had no idea what was going on with it and we wouldn’t be able to drive it. After thinking and being absolutely fed up with looking and driving hours to different dealerships we decided to go ahead and purchase the other car we drove. The salesmen was very helpful and didn’t try to rush off even though they were slammed and he had several other customers as well as his phone ringing off the hook. In about 3 hours total, including going to get lunch, financing, and debating we were back on the road in our sons birthday present

Contacted and inquired multiple times over vehicles posted for sale only to be ignored and treated like I wasn't important enough. Even though I was looking to buy. Multiple messages through online chat and was told that my info forwarded to dealer. Did finally talk to someone but only after I initiated multiple calls. Salesman talked to briefly and said would be contacting me back about vehicle, and never been contacted back since. I in fact would have purchased vehicle. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Seems the customer isn't really that important anymore.

Responded but used the typical sales person tactics. They must have 2000 vehicles and not able to consider my offer. Poor new vehicles sitting in the field getting rotted by condensation every morning. It's definitely about the money with these folks. That's the only reason you stack them deep in the field.

They initially responded within a timely manner, then sort of fell off the face of the earth. My husband left a voicemail for the salesman we were communicating with, but never received a call back. After 4 days, he called the dealership only to have to hold 8 minutes for any available salesperson and call back. Once calling back, the receptionist said she was just about to get a manager due to him holding so long. Again he had to wait 8 minutes for someone to pick up who couldn't tell him really anything about the vehicle. He basically told us to call a Toyota dealer to find out what the remaining warranty is and that the price listed is the price. They do not really deal.

They did what they said they would. I got a good deal on a clean used truck. They are INCREDIBLY BUSY so be patient. I had a fill-in salesman, (Doug Johnson) because my salesman was on vacation. Doug was helpful and efficient even though it wasn't his deal. Impressive high volume dealership.

No response until the next day. By hat time I had been to the dealer and test drove the car the same day i sent the message. They are fast talkers. They tell you one price for your down payment then once you about to pay it’s 40-50$ difference. Mamme we need you to fill out these papers we’re not gonna check your credit again since you have at your credit union. My phone started to go off guess who it is Credit Karma guess who’s pulled your credit Laura Buick! Not once but twice at the time when i first got the alert then the next morning i found out thru my bank. Oh yeah by the way mamme we filled your tank. Then I wonder how? Oh the gas was on me the 40-50$ surprise attached to the original down payment. But after all that I did like how nice and clean their facility was. The aroma was so nice that i even bought some for my house. PS. The coffee and coco was a plus to have and sip while they do everything they said they wouldn’t.

We did our homework before even going to dealers to trade our truck, a 2014 3500 Dodge Ram in good-excellent condition with just over 23,000 miles! They asked my wife (whom I sent bc I work out of town) before giving her a trade in estimate (Jason) how much we still owed on the truck, which was $24,000. After hearing that he then wrote our truck up as fair-good condition and offfered $25,000! When she shook her head no and told him there’s no way I was going to go for that, he oped kbb( I guess thinking it was going to compare with his offer). Only to find out the value of our truck was approximately $35,000! (for a trade in value with a dealer) and then the smile drained from his face he then said the only reason for the $10,000 discrepancy was bc of the low mileage. No matter what the reason was my truck was worth over $10,000 what they offered. So buyers beware and do your homework before buying ANY vehicle from this company! What a joke.

Can you give 0 stars cuz that what this dealer deserves? After inquiring about a 2010 white Malibu and making sure that vehicle was available, I drove 2 hours to see that car. It miraculously sold as I was driving! HA!! And I inquired again the next day and they are still saying its available!!! It is still on the website!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL as this dealer was dishonest with me!!! Also they tried to sell me a more expensive car since the one they advertise is not there!!! And said car is still listed on multiple websites!!! :(

I was looking for a car for my father in law that was similar to the one that was totalled recently in an accident because of someone else's negligance. The vehicle looked perfect online with all the options he wanted with low mileage and a single owner car. However he drove all the way there from south county and the vehicle was an absolute mess. The inside was filthy and there was mud all over it. The guy knew the day before he was coming out there. When asked about it the guy said "yeah we've been letting our sales people take it home with them." For one... Really? Letting the sales people tske it home? Unprofessional. 2) they clearly didn't take care of it. 3) if you wanted to sell the car and you knew someone was coming to look at it clean it up!!!!!! This was very unnerving. I personally work in the industry as well as a manager of a repair shop. I don't let my employees use tge tires until someone needs them. They stay fresh and clean and unused! Im not going to let them put an air filter in one of their cars and let them drive with it until someone needs or wants to buy it!!! Very poor professionalism by this place.

This is a Busy dealership that isn't very customer oriented. They could careless if I bought my truck or not. They also covered the smokers smell before I got there to look at the truck, which the smell came back the next day after I got it home.

The vehicle i drove two hours to see and had setup appointment for was sold as i got there. So then my plans b c and d vehicles they had in my price range... Let me go get the keys 10 minutes later cant find those vehicles either... Wasted my time.

Caveat emptor!!! They have a really high opinion of their vehicles, so much so they refuse to negotiate. I learned less than 2 weeks after purchase they do not include inspections. Engine light came on for airbag. I called and sales manager essentially told me "it's on me." I would not do business with again.

Wasn't willing to talk trade in over the phone. Went to the dealership and not one person came out to help me. I was on the lot looking for the vehicle I called about for almost and hour. And not one person came outside to assist me. Not happy with this dealership...

We traveled 200 miles to see this car, advertised as a Toyota Avalon limited , it was not! No nav, no moonroof etc and keys were not found to even look inside, was also hail damaged but no new cost was offered to us!

I found this truck on the internet and went to the dealer to check out truck, when I got there I could not find a parking spot, so I was not able to inspect or test drive the vehicle, I sent an e-mail inquirery about there best price available, the e-mail response that I got back was terrible, it said the information about the truck was available online and thats all it said about the price inquirery. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer before and now they are to big to have time for my needs, I will take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Waited half hour for salesman. Truck I drive a hour and a half to see was junk. Once we got to financing finally met with someone that seemed to give a carp that I wanted to spend my money. Found a decent truck but won't buy from them again.

This was a frustrating experience. We waited over 1.5 hours to drive a car we had an appointment to test drive. When we were finally able to drive the car, it was completely out of gas. The salesmen were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived to look at a specific truck, they could not locate the keys for it and they looked for over 30 minutes. Said it may be sold, but he wasn't sure. Said he would contact me first thing Monday to let me know the status on the truck. At 4pm Monday I called them only to find out that it had been sold.

I guess it is good that they are so busy. We shopped for 3 and bought 2 cars in the last 60 days. We visited and called numerous dealers, used departments of new car dealers as well as used car lots. Other than the ones that didn't return a call, Laura Buick was at the bottom of the list. We live in St Louis county and went to Laura Buick in Illinois 3 times about 3 different vehicles. The salespeople we dealt with were too busy to give us any personalized attention. They all walked 5 to 10 steps ahead of us when we walked out to see the car, back from the test drive to the showroom, etc. With a 40 minutes left before closing time, the salesperson said we didn't have enough time for a test drive and we should come back the next day, even though we told him how far we had come. If we had liked the car, we were ready to buy. We figured that we would get the same treatment if we purchased and had any trouble with the vehicle, so we bought elsewhere. We called in advance and just wanted to know if a vehicle was still available before we drove the distance. Unless we gave all of our info and was assigned a salesperson, no info. On one occasion, it wasn't available. They aren't a sales organization that wants to make sure your experience is good when you are spending thousands, they are just order takers. Their selection is big and their prices were in the range of others, so if you don't care about time, treatment, and follow up, they're your place.

Salesman very rude and not very polite. I really had to wonder when they offered my half of what Kelly and NADA said and my vehicle is in excellent condition. They did get back with me but only after several phones call and me yelling at the someone for service. I would not recommend this dealer at all. I would give a negative star if I could.

I worked with a Sales Consultant named Jason Doore, and he was fantastic! Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The dealership was very busy, but everybody was really nice. I will absolutely go back to Laura Buick GMC to work with Jason again.

Walk into Dealership, talked to the front desk receptionist, see had the salesman come out, I told him which vehicle we were interested in, the salesman said that vehicle was available. He went out onto the lot and brought the vehicle up front of showroom, we went out test drove and bought the vehicle. 2014 Cadillac SRX AWD. The salesman was top notch, the Finance guy was top-notch. Everyone at the dealership were very nice and it was extremely busy afternoon. The whole buying experience lasted 1 and 1/2 hours total from the time we drove onto the lot, to the time we drove the new car off of the lot. I would highly rate Laura Buick GMC

Drove 2 1/2 hrs to get to the dealership after talking to salesman about the vehicle on the phone and they had already sold it before i got there. No big deal but nobody contacted me about it so i drove there for nothing. Wont be returning to this dealership for anything!!

This place has some real beaters in their lot. Drove out to see them after work. Since they could not find the keys to the Truck I wanted to drive I took a Ram for a spin, wow it was a bit of a farm truck and was all messed up. Then drove a Silverado that was in pretty good shape. Minus the Chevy Rust on the cab. Then got the keys to the Tundra I was wanting to drive. 4x4 did not work properly. One thing I will say they let me drive just about anything I wanted. Did not pressure me into getting anything and that was very nice.

The salesman I had was great! The rest of the people that I had to deal with where crap! The two finance mangers that i worked with were rude. While I was sitting at my salesman desk, I was listening to a few of the other salesmen talk to customers and they were pushy and demeaning. One was dealing with a young guy and his grandmother trying to buy a new vehicle to go to college in. He kept talking over them and made snide remarks when they were talking about their trade and how much they wanted to spend. Over all bad experience.

Sales department went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership towards helping me procure a used vehicle. My ride to pick up my truck fell through. The dealership sent a driver 180 miles to pick me up so we could finish the deal. I'm not surprised that this dealer is rated number 2 in sales for Buick and GMC vehicles, they work very hard to earn that title. Very professional and courteous attitudes prevail throughout this organization. I would recommend this dealership to others and would consider purchasing another vehicle here.

At least a not B.S. dealer, great deal up front no B.S... fly 1,300 miles and drove our new truce home in 2 days and 1,300 miles and save over $6,000 over the local Maine and New Hampshire dealer, that didn't have what we wanted and didn't want to order it or deal it. BRAVO to Laura Biuck GMC and Jason Door the sales man, Great deal great truck , no hassle!

If they say the vehicle you're interested in is being cleaned, don't believe it. If they say it's in the shop, don't believe it. If they say leave a voice mail and someone will call you back, definitely don't believe that. We went in-person and had countless phone conversations about a specific vehicle they had listed that we wanted to test drive, and they never gave us a straight answer on the status of the vehicle - like if it's on the lot, or if it's still available. They kept giving us a runaround when we asked if it was sold (no, it's being cleaned, or it's in the shop, or we can't find it <-- Yes, they actually said that. once in person and another time on the phone). This is an Extreme-High-Volume dealership. Customers are merely cattle being herded. They have almost zero customer service skills. I finally got a call back from a sales manager today and she told us the vehicle was sold 5 days ago. So a minimum of 6 phone calls and 1 in-person visit since it was sold, and no one could have told us that (in fact, they told us the opposite, that it had NOT been sold, multiple times). They will brag about being #2 dealership in the country and how people fly in from great distances to purchase from them. But they can't take care of a local. I used to recommend Laura Buick, but can't do it anymore. By far, the most frustrating experience I've had with a car dealer.

got one call from salesman i made offer and never heard from them again i was willing to drive the 2 hrs to the dealership the next Saturday to make the purchase. price was 18995 offered 18500 out the door, may have went higher. guess they don't negotiate truck, has been on site for over 3 months.

Called about a 08 ram, got a call back the next day and was told the particular truck was sold. I saw the same truck on their web site for $1,000 more than it was previously listed 3 days later. How was the truck sold but listed for a grand more 3 days later. Ok Laura Buick, I'll take my money elsewhere.

We have a deposit on the vehicle; however the truck has not yet delivered due to a computer concern that required the truck to visit a Dodge dealer to fix- therefore, it has not yet been removed from our website. As for the price, the price increased because of the customer's desire to have aftermarket items installed on the truck, and the computer system pushed the pricing info back to our website. I called with questions, they found out the answers and called back within very short time period. They did everything possible to help in getting the best deal in a short time period. They said they wouldhave the truck ready and the tank full. I surprised them by going down there the next day, the truck was exactly as they said it would be.
