Gateway was very flexible, friendly and helpful. We didn't end up buying the car but they were gracious and understanding. I would be happy to buy from them in the future.

Terrible. Never saw vehicle. Went by did paper work then was told the car needed the windshield replaced and was not there. Sales lady contacted me the next day to look at it that evening but I was at work so I scheduled to look at it the next morning. Car was still getting window replaced so im not sure why she even called. Not a honest dealership.

Went in to look at a jeep. It wasn’t available but they got me into a different one and was there for a total of 3.5 hours. Staff was very helpful and the financing process moved very quickly.

The Honda was not the right for my wife. But we were delighted to meet and work with the Salesman Kamari Strong. Not only knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sales but confident and honest. I messaged him that we had found a more appropriate auto for my wife. His response was gracious and opened the lines of communications for further transactions.

I was quoted in writing in an email from sales rep the best he can do is 32168. I asked for the invoice and the base price was changed to 33668. I emailed the sales report back and he apologized he made a mistake. The manager called and d8d not honor 32168 as quoted in writing

They were an absolute dream to communicate with. My husband and I are not actually ready to pull the trigger. I Would buy from them in the future.
