Salesman was awesome

They helped me, unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to keep me up to date on a vehicle that better suits my needs. They never tried to up sale me like other big name dealerships I have been to.

The dealership reached out to me about the car. I was supposed to go that morning to look at the car but I decided to go to other cars lots 1st and then that afternoon they called me back and I stop by. It's was 4 more people who came and looked at the car after me. The price that he quoted me over the phone was actually they were running a weekend special on the car. They treated me and my family with respect it was hot outside that day and they gave my kids water and chips and let them used the restroom. The car was clean in the inside but It didn't have any gas. But once I purchased the car they went to gas station and put about 10.00 worth of gas in the car. The dealership did drive the car which I was impressed. Yes I would recommend this dealership for purchase cars. Now I'm just waiting on my plates to come in.

Scheduled an appointment after sending dealer and offer and I was in contact with salesperson Cintia. Reached out the day before to confirm that the truck was available and that financing was available in my terms. Cintia and I went over down payment amount, rates and payments that would be available to me that I was happy with so Cintia confirmed my appt. Time and insured me that the truck would be on hold until I arrived(as it is a three hour drive) the next afternoon just an hour before my appointment and after driving for over 2 hours i was contacted by the dealership and told that they had sold the truck. I reached out to Cintia who confirmed that it had sold and offered nothing but excuses and apologies. Both wy wife and I lost a half day of work and drove over 2 hours only to return home with nothing. Very disappointing experience and waste of time.

Got back to me, but I guess too far away and not able to be financed.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Clay Cooley Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment to see a 2025 Cadillac CT5 and confirmed everything ahead of time, only to drive 50 miles to the dealership and be told the vehicle had already been sold. There was no courtesy call, text, or email to let me know it was no longer available before I made the trip. It feels like a complete disregard for a customer’s time and effort. Driving that far for nothing is unacceptable, especially when an appointment was confirmed. This experience showed a clear lack of communication and professionalism. If you’re considering this dealership, I would strongly recommend calling multiple times and getting written confirmation before making any kind of trip—otherwise, you may end up wasting your time like I did. Very disappointing customer service.
