Got blindsided with a dealer package that was mandatory and added to the price…which prices the truck out of its appeal

The process was long but overall good experience

Salesmen Matthew & Darius were very helpful. However, when we went to see the vehicle, it was not in good condition with tires needing replacement, door molding coming off on both sides, window molding on both sides damaged and scratches on rims. When asked to lower price, they refused and then asked to make an offer which was 3k less than their asking price due to the repairs and tire replacement taken into consideration. The sales manager was very arrogant and condescending especially when we informed him we did not want to do financing with them as we were pre-approved by my credit union. Deal was not made after driving over an 1 and 15 mins to get there just to be disappointed. Very sketchy experience.
