Received an email immediately from the customer relations assistant , I emailed back exactly what I wanted with all information. They said an individual would contact be soon regarding everything and thanked me for my response. Never got a call or email. They were not interested in my business. After waiting all day for a call i emailed the customer relations person back asking if someone was going to contact me. No email back. If you are series in buying I would contact someone else or visit them in store as their online sales is a big miss.

The sales rep has been very responsive and is genuinely interested in placing me in the vehicle I desire. He's gone over and above to keep me informed on the progress of the deal.
