The amount of calls I got from this dealer was astonishing. I have never in my life been so hounded to buy a car. I wish sales people would understand that no body likes to feel pressured into buying something. The moment I feel pressured I backed out and had to end up blocking all 4 of the numbers this dealer was using to call and text me MULTIPLE times a day, before we even got to the first thing that I had told them I would do which was get my trade in appraised. This car was exactly the car I have been looking for and I missed out on it due to overly pushy and obnoxious sales people. I am not saying that sales people should not try to reach out, but there is absolutely 0 reason why after I answered the first call and scheduled a time to meet them I should have gotten anything other than just maybe 1 single reminder call our text the day of the appointment. What I got was 2 text messages and at least 2 or 3 phone calls the day I was supposed to get the appraisal.

Absolutely terrible with following up with people! I instantly received a txt message about the vehicle I was interested in…. I asked 4-6 times for the same thing from 2 different people and NEVER received any responses. Terrible customer service from your sales team!!!!
