The saleman kevin Aguirre was not helpful at all. He started with good communication, asking about a test drive. I informed him I didn't want to spend the night at the dealership and asked him to please let's process everything first so we can know how to proceed. The finance company did not take into consideration the pre-qualification I received. They mentioned the lender wanted me to trade in a car that is almost paid for. I said absolutely not and asked if there were other options. I was told no. I went to another dealership, and the same lender he mentioned wanted me to trade in my car and approved me for the same down payment on a vehicle slightly higher than the A220. So, this tells me the dealership didn't try to get approval for this car. They definitely lost a good customer who was willing to return and recommend others.

He was professional, honest, and never played games—especially refreshing after a recent bad dealership experience. They negotiated fairly, the process was transparent, and we were in and out in about three hours. They even cleaned the car and added gas while we waited. I’m giving them 5 stars because the sweet sales lady Mary. She went out of her way to help. I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to work online. Makes it easier and I didn’t have to go there and waste my time. Long drive.. she was very straight and didn’t play games with me!

When I called to schedule an appointment, it was easy to do so. She was top notch in customer service. I do wish she would have been more knowledgeable about the car as we asked questions during the test drive. I was also surprised to come to the test drive it, and it was dirty, covered in debris and leaves because it had been sitting. However, I asked for it be cleaned before pickup, and she had gone to get it cleaned by the time we arrived.
