I had spoken to someone to schedule a test drive. I called the day before to indicate I could not make that day but was informed the car was already under agreement with another buyer. Hoped someone would have called me to inform me the car was under agreement.

Very responsive and very helpful when we got to the dealership.

Inquired about the MDX. Heard from one person and then another. When inquired about recall repair, car went off market and did not receive another reply. About one week later, reached out again. Then they replied that they had other MDX for sale. Bought my Lincoln from them when Herb owned the dealerships. Even though it was not a good experience, I still have that vehicle. I expected a better experience since new ownership needs to build a rapport.

Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately just too far out of the way to get there to see the car in time before it sold.

Christian was absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process. He consistently kept me informed, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I genuinely felt that he had my best interests at heart. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make the deal work because I found a similar vehicle closer to home, but I would highly recommend Christian to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and genuinely helpful salesperson.
