Bad customer service. Too much pressure to buy. Insulted my knowledge of what I was doing as a car buyer. Test drive was about 5 minutes long, with no highway driving.

Bowie contacted me immediately. We set up a time to view the vehicle. We decided not to pursue and they were so professional. If we changed our mind to contact them.

I wish I had a better car shopping experience honestly. I’ve had a string of bad experiences and this one really topped it for me. I was communicating with a certain employee (I’ll leave out his name so I won’t bash anyone) and I came in to see and test drive this. I loved it and honestly wanted to buy it but there were small things that were red flags I couldn't ignore. When I told the sales person I will think on it he immediately got defensive. Asking several times why I will not buy the car over something so minor and to not listen to my own family member who informed me that it wouldn’t be a good purchase. The sales person tried to push me to buy so much after I refused and gave my reasons several times. I should have got up and walked away but he was very persistent. If this place could overlook small important things like all the fluids in the car being up to date and standard then it made me think what else they overlooked. At the end of it all they just really want to sell
