The dealership was very helpful. They must have just recently received the vehicle. The initial listing photograph was “a stock photo” of a RAV 4. Even though they had not finished the process of cleaning the vehicle up and fixing minor issues. They allowed me to take a test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle. I walked around the vehicle and pointed out all the issues I was concerned about. When I picked up the vehicle it had been detailed very well and I found they had address all my issues and done a few positive things that I was not expecting.

I go to see the vehicle on December 5th.

Dusty was incredibly responsive throughout the process, accommodating and transparent. I visited a few used car locations but LaMonica felt like a completely different experience. Because it's his own business, you can tell Dusty genuinely cares, no pushy sales, no runaround, just a nice guy who wants you to walk away happy. He answered every question directly, never dodged anything, and actually seemed to enjoy the process as much as I did. I ended up with a 2010 Toyota Tacoma that's exactly what I was looking for, and the whole experience getting there was smooth and actually kind of fun. It felt like buying a truck from a friend who happened to know a lot about cars.
