Bottom line they wanted more paper work from me than it took for me to buy my house. Ive never seen or herdof a finance group (the lender they use) be so fickle. Especially with a pre-approval. Trying to move a car with almost 80,000 miles and expecting a buyer to jump through hoops cost them a 24,000 sale.

Over all other was a good experience. They did not misrepresent their vehicle, gave fair trade allowance, and were very nice.

Allison, the sales rep was excellent as well as Mark in finance. Both were very friendly and efficient.

Jacob was great responsive and even stayed late for us to get there.

The used car was as advertised. Appearance was excellent. One problem popped up with the air conditioner while they were doing a final check. The problem was repaired and vehicle was delivered to us even though we live 98 miles away.
