Got blindsided with a dealer package that was mandatory and added to the price…which prices the truck out of its appeal

Staff from sales team to Finance was very helpful, and professional.

It was very bad experience. I talk to staff and manager in text. Agreed on price in tax. When I went there manager said he will do that price but I have to finance. I agreed and sign paperwork but after that they denied that price and wanted to charge me $5k plus more money. I wasted my 4.5 hours. I was going to buy 2 vehicles but I didn’t even start other due to bad experience. I would never go there to purchase anything again or recommend this dealership to anyone. Big talk but it is all talk in air. Nothing solid. I found both manager and Online manager liar.

When I initially inquired about the vehicle, a young man immediately responded, seeking out the information that I requested. Suddenly, I am getting phone calls and emails from a completely different salesman, saying he was in charge of the sale. This seeming infighting at the dealership turned off so I started looking elsewhere even though the car was what I was looking for. I just lost trust in the dealership.

We did not and up purchasing the MDX however our experience with Muhammed was fantastic. He was very communicative and will to do whatever he could to make it work for us.

The staff where amazing, I buy a new car just about every 3 years and this by far was the best its ever gone.
