Super easy transaction from sales to financing

I had a scheduled meeting for Saturday to see a car and also paid for flight, but dealer let me know at 10pm Friday that they sold the car.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The sales and management team has horrible communication skills—calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when they did respond, it was vague or confusing. They clearly lacked basic knowledge about the sales process; questions about financing, warranties, and paperwork were met with incorrect or hesitant answers that had to be corrected multiple times. The final straw: After we agreed on a price, submitted our application, and were in the middle of finalizing the purchase, they sold the vehicle to someone else without even notifying us. Total lack of professionalism and respect for our time. Steer clear of BMW of Denver Downtown—save yourself the frustration and headache!
