We worked with an exceptionally respectful, friendly, and thoughtful sales associate. He was courteous, warm, and engaging, even with out 4-year-old daughter. He made sure any questions I had were answered, assured me of a few issues with the car that would be remedied, and took me on a nice test drive. I don't think the car is going to be the one I end up getting, and I'm actually sad about that because I'd buy it just to give him the sale! Incredibly friendly dealership. No hassles. They truly know how to treat people well!

Car was sold by the time I arrived. Communication was less than ideal. Called and let them know I was on my way. Car had been sold an hour earlier. I waited to see another vehicle and the wait exceeded 30 minutes so we left. Not sure if they are understaffed or perhaps it is a training issue.

Dlr contacted me right away. No price listed in CarCurus, but price offered was a fair deal. Add on warranties were prob expensive, but dlr offered them as an increase in monthly payments vice cost of the warranties. Customer service is excellent.

Car was beat up Big hole in the left rear corner of the bumper, screen of gps and rear view camera didn't work, they refused to tell me what the problem was . The front bumper was poorly painted , needs a front and a rear bumper , the refused to be helpful, they said take is as is or leave it . I won't recommend it to anyone!

When we arrived at the dealership (without an appointment) it took nearly 30 minutes to speak to a salesperson. My wife and I walked around the property checking out the cars ourselves. The car I was most interested in turned out to be a bust...the color on the website was deceiving. It is midnight blue and not the color depicted in all the pictures. It is a very dark blue. This was most disappointing since we had driven over 3 hours to see the car. We were also very disappointed with the salesperson..didn’t find him very helpful in possibly finding an alternative car. We will not be going back to this dealership. Was quite a waste of time.

Nothing spectacular. During the negotiation process, I was assured by my bmw salesman that the “accessories: secured theft protection” ($399) indicated on the Retail Disclosure would be taken out and not charged. When it was time to sign the papers, the finance manager told me outright “no, that’s not true, that item cannot be taken out.” Despiriting is an understatement.

I specified the build for a brand new X5 4.0 from the Spartanburg BMW factory. The internet sales manager Maria was very helpful with helping me sort through the details and also worked with me to establish a fair trade in value for my 2014 Audi. She handed me off to Nicholas M in sales and we closed the deal ina few hours on a Saturday morning. I had to drive about an hour to get to the BMW Freehold location but it was well worth it.

Horrible customer service waste of time chasing a dealer that claims they do not negotiate prices and offer unrealistic values on trades. At times felt like they were actively trying to not sell a vehicle. Don’t waste your time.

Initial contact went well, had pictures sent to me as requested. Was told I would receive a call/text update as the car went through the shop. Salesman never updated me despite numerous attempts on my end and being told he was checking on it. I’m assuming the car was either sold or failed their inspection but I was a serious buyer and I would’ve appreciated a final update.

Very disappointed in a franchise BMW dealer for their tactics, which resemble a sleazy old school lot. They had a low mileage, non BMW listed, but without a price. I contacted them for a price about this vehicle via email, without supplying my phone number. They replied to the email, asking for my phone number so they could call me. I replied that I was only interested in that single vehicle, to which they finally responded that it wasn't available. They should stop advertising vehicle they don't have, and simple responses to interested parties when it's not available would be best. Not everyone wants to have spam calls. I get it if they have something similar, but they didn't have anything else even close, so they're just wasting my time, especially as I'm multiple States away

I made an appointment two days prior. When I arrived on time, I was kept waiting. A very polite and professional sales associate offered to help. He then took 20 minutes to get the car. It was filthy. He asked me about the vehicle I was trading in. He kept leaving to consult with his manager. The offer on my car was a joke. I was there a total of two and a half hours. What a waste of time. The very next day I bought a similar car and traded in my car for fair value at a different dealer.

I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealership! The conversation I had with the General Manager was very disappointing in that there was no discount offered or the opposite of what I envounyed with competitive BMW dealerships. In another words, nothing offered similar to as if you walked into the dealership directly without the expectation of the lower internet pricing.

Google says the dealer opens at 9 was there at 9 on the dot but the owner didn’t speak English and we had to wait for the salesman who made us wait 2 hours , than when trying to negotiate the price all he wanted to do is yell and say why his dealer is the best all he does is yell and doesn’t let you speak do not come here!

Phone call was returned but when I didn’t want an immediate test drive the sales person was uninterested in helping me. I Contacted them to see a picture of the car as there are none listed on the site and I live a 2hour drive away. Sales girl said she would have someone send them to me soon. That was a week ago. Still nothing and no pictures of the car. I am/was very interested in the auto but without seeing it and no sales support I am not going to travel 2hours.

They were not straight forward, they didn’t inform me the car was accidental and I had drove 3 hours to go look at the car. Also they never certified the car, trying to sell it as a garage so whoever buys it will have to spend a lot of money getting it fixed, smh

They responded to me in a timely fashion but when I tried to make arrangements on receiving additional information and to set up delivery I never got a response. Instead I had to keep calling. And when someone finally called me back that’s when I was informed that the vehicle had a deposit on it.

The dealership posted one price on line and when I went to purchase the car added well over $2000 in various made up fees like like $400 in document fees then another $600 in document processing fees or the $200 for nitro tire fill or $600 for security etching when I specifically told them I did not want either of those and was given a too bad its already done. Best part of it was the car needed a new tire as it was bald beyond safety standards and the windshield washer pump was broken and all the fluid drained out while I was driving it. They refused to repair either and the salesman and finance manager both stated the vehicle had been through a 35 point safety inspection, well I find it hard to believe a bald tire passed a safety inspection.

A sales girl name Jessica called me back and was nice but promised to have a service advisor call me back as I’m a out of state buyer and wanted to know what the car needed or was done to it at th dealer. I never received a call from anyone and still never heard back and it’s been almost a week.

Nick Lichaa is the best salesperson i ever dealt with in my car buying experience. He greeted me at the door with a big smile and made my entire experience purchasing the BMW great from start to finish. The finance manger Mr. Robert Sullivan was also great throughout the process too.

BMW of Freehold gets 5 stars for its customer service. Since I don't drive far, a driver brought the vehicle to me for test driving and for diagnosis by my mechanic. If I had decided to purchase it, the vehicle would have been delivered to me at my home after it had been detailed.

When I explicitly asked about the front end accident (twice), my question was completely ignored. When we then made the trip to see the car, the salesman backed the car in at the front of the dealership so when we walked out we would not see the completely pushed in front end and the crack that crossed the ENTIRE windshield. I am not expecting a perfect used car, but I do expect an honest dealer and this is NOT!!

Horrible Experience. I called Wednesday to confirm that the car was there. They replied that it was. I made an appointment for Friday which was confirmed when I called Thursday as well as Friday, the day I was going to see it. I got there on time. No one on the sales floor knew that I was coming, they couldn't even find the car. When they finally did, they pulled up and the car was never even washed, the interior was disgusting. There was some type of chocolate syrup on the leather seats, sand in the car, gross fingernail clipping, gum wrappers, and rubber bands from braces in the center console. This is not what I expected from a luxury brand dealership. Also, the report on the car online said it was "clean". Not the case, the car was in 2 accidents. I will never go there again. They had 2+ days to prep the car for a test drive. No excuse.

The sales person was very nice but the car had several cosmetic deficiencies, i.e, initials scratched into back bumper, visors broken on both sides, roof lining inside did not cover convertable mechanics which were visible. The only thing they offered to do was have the back bumper painted at a cost to me of $400 and no adjustment on the price. Made me wonder what might be wrong under the hood, which by the way, I didn't explore. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the sales person was nice. Otherwise I would not have given them even one. Very disappointed that I drove almost 200 miles to see this car.

initial contact made, time set to discuss, then no-show, no responses, no return calls for 2 days, then finally a return call and a ridiculous interest rate of 5% on an 803 credit score, when asked to rework the rate anther day went by before they bothered to get to it & when they did I was told that as they were working on it the car sold that very night before. 4 complete days blown and the car gone due to their lax responses. what a waste

While our salesman was fine, management needs a lot of help. They didn't seem to care if we bought a car or not and even questioned if we were telling the truth when we told them what another dealer offered us on our trade in. They actually had us call the other dealer to confirm we were telling the truth. As we were an out of state buyer, they never bothered to walk us through the procedure of what paperwork we needed to get the car inspected in our state. We had to call them a few times for them to get us the necessary paperwork in time. Very frustrating to say the least. Won't ever do business with them again.

My experience was not exceptional. I felt like it was take or leave attitude. No one tried to educate me on different financing options. No one educated me on any other models. No asked me what was I was looking for. I went for a test drive and they left me in the lot while I looked at other models!!!! Hmmmm It's a shame the perception a person may have..........

Was interested in a used vehicle. Communication with the Internet agent was great until the last day when she was unavailable for some reason and no substitute was available. We then made an appointment calling the dealership. Upon arrival no one knew that we were coming though the lady at the front desk was very nice. The agent did not really know the car we finally test drove. The less than two-year old vehicle had multiple chips and scratches on the side, the rear end and the roof with no solid explanation provided. The windshield needed replacement for a significant crack. Along with the lack of a navigation system in a $65,000 MSRP vehicle we decided not to purchase the car.
