Felt hoodwinked. Drove 3 hours to see car and side light reflector broken and front bottom grill pushed in when photos did not show. Salesman actually tried to say grill was fine.

Someone from the dealership reached out to me very quickly. I did speak to that person and I asked for pictures of the vehicle. No pictures were provided on Car Gurus. I pictures were never sent, and there was no follow-up. When I looked up the listing a few days later, the vehicle was listed as being sold.

The salesman cliff was a very nice and knowledgeable man. The fact that I was told the car there then drove 45 minutes for the car to not be there was very upsetting. There were other vehicles in the range that I took a look at but the fact is I was mislead made me very disgruntled . Cliff tried but a deal couldn’t be made. If cliff wasn’t such a gentleman I would have caused a big scene but his demeanor just made me close my mouth and walk away. When you call the customer in the morning to set up an appointment you should check if the car is still available , not just say it and try to get me in the door.

I actually purchased the vehicle from the dealer. I must say I had a great experience from beginning to end. The salesman Cliff was careful to answer any and all questions that I had. I went to the dealer to see and test drive the car. I was told that because of a recall the car couldn’t be sold until the problem was corrected. It would have really been nice to have known this before going to the dealer. The car shouldn’t be listed for sale if you can’t readily buy it.

Great salesman, Robert Cavalieri. Friendly, courteous. Had the car I wanted couldn't come to terms. I thought because the car had been a dealer loaner for 7k miles and 6 months there should have been at least 3 mos and 5k miles added to the manufacturers warranty. Pricing competitive. Over all worth the drive from north jersey.

Mel the used car Manager seems to be an upfront guy. But the company I think are not inclined to return your deposit in a timely manner when you have to cancel a deal. I have been waiting two weeks for them to do just that.

Very slow in responding. After all is said and done we're going to sign the contract they told me there was a hole in the convertible roof, they said "oh by the way we want to let you know". When I asked them if they were willing to fix the roof they said no don't just sell the car at auction nevermind. Very dishonest would never deal with them again.

After you left, we noticed that the convertible top had a small tear at the base. We immediately called you to inform you of the tear and even sent you photos. At that time, you stated that you would like to come back and see it in person, but you never returned. Although I did not buy the car the experience with the dealership was not bad their used car sales outside of BMWs is definitely not a priority. No evidence of any reconditioning, car was less than tidy on the inside and despite being on the lot 90 days they really didn't want to deal.

I actually placed a review last week on this site. Circle BMW was entirely unethical in their dealings with me. After accepting a deposit from me on a Wednesday, their salesperson was off Thursday and I got a call from the sales manager telling me they sold the vehicle to someone else on Thursday. This was after the sales manager had approved my offer on Wednesday. Totally unethical business conduct!

I made an offer on a vehicle. The salesman left a message on my machine saying he would like to accept my offer. When I got to the dealership, the offer was not accepted. This was a waste of time.

Dealer never responded so I visited the dealership in person. The sales person was rude and obnoxious. They failed to even approach me and ask me for any assistance. When I approached one of the sales representatives, he looked at me as if the question I just asked him was not in plan English. I will never purchase BMW from these clowns. You're a car salesman, you're not curing cancer. Get over yourselves.
