BMW dealerships near me (West Springfield, MA)

They made an appointment,called to make sure and when I questioned them to make sure I was getting the trade in price they offered they told me the car was sold. Car is still available..wouldn't go to them if the giving away 20,000$.

TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door

Easiest dealership I’ve ever worked with. Tools them then the car I wanted and they brought it over to test drive. Went through the numbers, and walked away in a new car in 90 minutes. I did my research and knew what the numbers should be and the came in under that. I’ll buy from them again. Thanks Mohammad.
