BMW dealerships near me (West Chicago, IL)

Told me car was available to see and test drive... I get this and it is not told it was sold. Terrible experience

I had a great experience working with Layla Kekic. This car is something my wife and I were considering as an anniversary gift so not a car we needed. She was very patient while I asked a lot of questions before coming in while we got our heads around really buying a toy. She did a nice job of balancing low-pressure sales while gently asking for my business. I am pleased with the deal, and the car makes us smile every time we walk by it. I hope to send some referrals Layla's way. I had a "not so great" experience with another McGrath dealership years ago and never thought I would walk in another one, but between Layla and Divan in Finance, these folks have earned my business back.

I inquired Laurel BMW about the 2025 Mazda Miata convertible and ask them if they had fixed the hail damage on it and they said no that they were going to fix it in contact me as soon as the car was fixed I never heard from them. I went to the dealership on a Sunday to see if it was still available, and if the hail damage was repaired, the car is still available, but whoever fixed the hail damage did a real bad job. They could’ve called me and told me the car was ready, and I would’ve gone to look at it, but I had to go on my own.

Don was great. Deal was done in and hour.

I have purchased several cars from BMW of Orland Park and have always had an outstanding experience. The CPO cars are always in pristine condition and the items that are even close on the CPO inspection are just replaced prior to showing the cars. ALL BMW DEALERS DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PRACTICE!

Sales staff was polite and professional. They responded promptly. Unfortunately the car I was interested in was already sold.

I think they are not interested to sell car because I like bmw x4 and ask few questions but no response so change my mind to buy with them because if they are not interested to sell car why should I bother them!!because customer service is very important for me!!
