Good service

I normally deal with the service dept when I bring my BMW in for service. They are all lovely people. The sales guy who called me set an appointment with me but forgot all about me. Didn't remember who I was or that we had an appointment. I had to wait for him. He couldn't find the car I called about. When he did find it, it was on blocks in the service area...no explanation. He rushed me past it and then proceeded to hold out for the asking price even though I offered a fair price considering the car had been on the market for 40 days and had 2 price reductions. He wasn't a very pleasant person and I just walked away. IF I go back there to purchase a car...I will call another salesperson with a better personality.

after I contacted them several times the car was left up on the web site for a couple weeks gave me the impression they were fishing for leads

Excellent customer service experience, was treated like family. I will recommend for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle place to have an awsome experience. I had the best sales experience with Mike Ramos. He guided me through the right direction and also assured that the vehicle was delivered to me in the most perfect way possible. I will return to purchase another vehicle from him and the dealership.
