BMW dealerships near me (Surprise, AZ)

Dealer said the vehicle is sold when I was at the dealership after my test drive and asking for estimate on pricing and finance , then they call after 30mins I reached home and said vehicle is available. Next day before even reaching for appointment they sold it and did not inform. I did not go back to them but wont be buying from them as its bad experience to begin with. Did not try to even correct the mistake .

Car was cool just the out of town fees and extras was to much over my 50,000 budget

Offered a price and dealership accepted it. Then was told well car won’t be ready for a while cause we found out it has a cracked roof. Said they would take care of it. So they sent me a contract at the end of the day with shipping cost to Ohio. I had researched and was expecting $1200to $1500. Contract showed $2100 for shipping on an open trailer. It also included $1k for ceramic coating that I did not ask for. I told them the shipping sounds high can you check on it. Was told they would get back to me. I texted them at 10am and was told no update. Around 3:30pm they said checked other places and shipping was the same. Ok well maybe my information is not accurate because of increase in gas prices. I said ok resend me the contract without the ceramic coating and we will sign it. 15 minutes later got a text the someone put a deposit down on it. I said I would have put a deposit down but was never asked to. Disappointed in what happened, as to me it was clear we were buying.
