BMW dealerships near me (Reading, PA)

Was scheduled to view two cars and called to confirm availability the morning of my appointment. After driving an hour to get to the dealership, the sales person I spoke with came out and let me know someone else would be out to help me. ten minutes later a different sales person comes and and tells me one of the two cars was sold, and the other "we wont go for a ride in" as it had mechanical issues with the steering shaft and it actually could not currently be driven or sold. Then we walked around the lot while he tried to find the car to at least show it to me. we finally found it in the back lot and he couldn't even get me in the car as the key battery was dead. Seriously disappointing experience.

I’m genuinely disappointed with how this dealership has handled a brand-new vehicle purchase, particularly after delivery. 2026 BMW M5 I purchased the vehicle out of state and repeatedly requested photos or video prior to shipment to confirm the condition of the car. I was assured this would be handled on countless occasions that it would be documented with an inspection & photos. The dealership also recommended the shipping company that was ultimately used. When the car arrived, it had visible paint damage that was not disclosed prior to delivery. This was an 140K vehicle that was purchased BRAND NEW and asked on several occasions to assure that there was no scratches on the car which I believe is a fair request I was put in the middle between the dealer on calls between the dealer & the shipper . Shipper is saying its not them dealer is saying its not them. Then who ? This is not a minor cosmetic issue. The vehicle has a special factory paint finish that cannot be touched up.

Staff went above and beyond what was expected.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. This was the simplest vehicle purchase I’ve ever done. I was worried that I would arrive at the dealership and things would be different from what we agreed to on the phone. I drove 5 hours to the dealership and everything was exactly what we agreed to. They were awesome. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase!!

I submitted an online inquiry for an Audi Q8 and a sales rep (Romel) responded the same day, Saturday, Feb 14th. Initially the car was posted with no real pictures. I asked The rep Romel, on the phone, to send me pictures, he never did. Instead of sending me pictures, he sends me a car fax. I followed up on Wednesday, requesting an update and he informs me that the car was getting a safety check . I then followed up requesting a test drive on the vehicle, on Thursday, I received no response. I then called the dealership on Friday, requested a different rep, scheduled a test drive for 2:30 pm. The rep then tells me the car was sold at 1 pm that day. Terrible experience and waste of time.

I had a great experience with purchasing this vehicle. Not only am I super happy with the car but also the price and how they treated me . I’m currently working a deal to get an x6m from them as well .
