The Dealership was accommodating and helpful. They allowed my Mechanic to complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and were very responsive to our questions and concerns including replacing the existing tires with 4 brand new tires prior to purchasing the vehicle. The only relatively minor issue was the vehicle should have been washed prior to our inspection or at the time we took delivery. It wasn't.

Sales team kept me apprised of the vehicle status.

They never contacted me.

I was planning to buy the 2022 Ford Edge Titanium. Test drove it, gave out info Told salesman I wanted a standard 4month/4k warranty on the vehicle. I said this is a must. Went through a 3 hour process then went to see the finance lady Once we sat down to go over everything, I asked her about the warranty. She explained they offer a 500 mile or 15 day warranty. I told her that would not do. She left her desk. About 5 minutes later my salesman came in her office alone explaining to me that they don't do complimentary 4k/4month warranties. I told him we discussed this earlier and that it was vital I have this warranty. I ended up leaving without buying the car and I will not give a good rating. Would not recommend Arrowhead BMW.
