I called the dealership uses a BOT where I submitted my information. The salesman tells me he never received. Sends it again, took days to tell me still never received it. I was told to send the information via PDF. Didn’t hear nothing so I finally sent an email saying I’m no longer interested.

Scheduled my appointment for Monday at 11 AM. All confirmed, and even a confirmation the morning of the appointment. But unfortunately, 25 mins into my drive to the dealer, I got a call stating that car has a deposit on it literally between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM that morning :) Glad and appreciate their call. But my recommendation for the buyers is check and make sure the car is available before you head to the dealer.

I expressed clear interest in purchasing this vehicle and informed the dealership that I was not receiving text messages, and we had to speak through email or phone. (very frustrating. Despite this, I was required to initiate all follow-up communication myself. Ultimately, the vehicle was sold without meaningful engagement or updates. The experience gave the impression that my interest was not taken seriously.

As someone who has bought many cars, this is the most refreshing experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was no haggling, no hidden fees, no pushy salesman, just upfront and straight to the point. The price I was told over the phone during my initial inquiry was the price I paid walking out the door. A special shout out to Linden, who went out of his way to help me and stayed with me from the beginning to the end of the process. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely shop there again in the future.
