Customer service were so un professional I called 4 times to get pictures of the car and when I did call they were blasting Hispanic music and had a attitude while I was talking to them I give this dealership experience a 0/10

They add a $2499.00 price markup on the final price and claim it’s a “care package” and refuse to remove it or let you deny it. Just reading everyone’s reviews of this dealership tells me to stay far away from them! Con artist

They never responded to the questions that I asked. They relied 100% on AI to respond to my inquiry, which was misinterpreted. My request for refined review or human review was never acted upon. So, they never gave a reply related to my actual question. This prevented the inquiry from progressing any further. Hence, the vehicle and the dealer are no longer of any interest to me.
