4Runner was in great shape. You could tell it wasn’t an auction junker. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Facility was very nice. Would definitely look to them in the future

We made an appointment. Drove an hour. They said it was a call center and I would have to wait another hour. Was extremely disappointed. I won’t be going back to Echo Park.

Their no dealer fees come at a cost. Since no fee they really don’t negotiate prices, they say the prices are already competitive. It’s more a dealership that has a CarMax outlook. No negotiation

Dealership failed to tell me the car had a manufacture paint defect recall currently still active and refused to process the warranty; the key was broken and did not fix it, the windshield wipers were wore down to metal and made a huge scratch on the windshield. I was told by the salesman they did not make much of a profit from this sale so they would not assist in these issues. For these reasons I do not recommend this dealership. Another dealership was happy to step in and help with the active warranty to get the paint fixed and said it was unprofessional how Stevenson East handled all of these issues with the car they sold me

I wouldn't reccomend if out of state.
