what I’ve experienced at this dealer extremely nice vehicles, however the way they treat and the drive that they have to sell them is extremely minimal. Took me two days and several missed calls in order to get connected to the sales manager and not just that the guy is extremely disrespectful as if you’re not going to be basically handing that man thousands of dollars. Some workers were nice and respectful to see what they can do to get you the buyer ahold of the sales manager (AKA Justin) you’d try and ask for help from his end and this mans response will be “i don't do that” or “you’re going to have to deal with that”. These guys see that their lot is filling up and I hope they realize it’s because of workers like that. You want the consumers money? Treat them the same way YOU would want to be treated. I had nothing but patience for this man to help me work out a deal. He made a mistake on how he filled out the buyers form I had no issue giving the man the time he needed to fix it.

First online sales got back to me and referred me to a fantastic salesman. I believe his name was Matteus. He spent a significant amount of time with me and answered all of my questions. The car I asked about was under inspection for another buyer. Matt researched other possibilities at nearby dealerships and took time to explain everything from the difference between an AWD and 4-wheel drive to what makes a car a premium. I will definitely use Schomp and Matt for my future Subaru purchases.
