Carmelo Caban, a.k.a The Bow Tie Guy was awesome to work with! He had everything lined up when we got there. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain the car’s different features to us. He went through the carfax history with us & he thoroughly answered my questions about extended warranties vs certified pre owned. I purchased the pre-owned Audi Q5 with 8,430 mi. The dealership was helpful with some good experience on Audi's. The price was fairly deal for what I paid. Also the vehicle fuel tank was nearly emptied at the time of the delivery and they filled after I told them before driving off the lot. The difficult part is working with the finance members at Audi dealership as they kind of forcing me to have "add on" Audi warranty protection programs which made me pay more. As we all know they love to add on the "extended warranties" programs so they can get extra commission $$$. You could still save more with 3rd parties and don't have to start right away since the vehicle is still under warranty for 3 years or 50,000 mi. You have to be fully prepared for price /deal negotiation and once the deal is moving forward as you head toward with finance just tell them the extended warranty program is not necessary.
