Bad communication. I was told by the rep he will keep me posted on Saturday as we were negotiating back and forth but over the weekend didn't hear back at all, only to get a text from him the car is sold on Monday and if I'm interested in any other car. It would've been nice to have that conversation over the weekend not after the fact.
