Dealer very communicative

Forcing me to get the “ maintenance package” because the bank is charging them a big fee to give me the loan. How is that my problem? I didn’t even negotiate price. Later they text that I should go with a different dealer because the managers don’t want to do the deal since they are losing money. What a joke

Came in because they told me it was ready to be driven and done from maintenance. Drove an hr and 45 min just to be told it wasn’t ready and it was in a body shop for damage to the door( i was told my a worker and manager that it was ready. Waste of my time

I had a confirmed appointment, still had to wait for them to put gas in the car (1/2 tank) then I got in the car and it had warning lights on, low tire pressure. For an Audi dealership selling an Audi-branded vehicle, it is surprising--and concerning--that the dealership would choose not to supply the standard two keys or complete a proper pre-certification check. Both could easily be handled on-site, which makes the omission feel more like a lack of attention and care than a limitation of resources.
