Unprofessional. Contacted via phone and the rep I reached told me he was off for the next 2 days but didn’t refer me to anyone. Emailed and didn’t receive response.

Radek was a frustrated I didn’t make an appointment, instead I gave him a time frame, I have a 6 month old and I work on the weekends so my weekends need to be flexible. My husband saw him talking negatively about me to his colleague and we decided not to give him our business. The car he showed me had coffee stains in the middle console so they clearly didn’t clean it well even though he knew I was coming.

I talked to two sales people on the weekend about seeing the car as soon as it was available and they seemed eager to help but the car went to a shop for inspection and it was sold before they called me back for an appointment.

I was contacted very soon after my inquiry. I scheduled a test drive the following Monday. Audrey was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided information regarding features , performance and reliability. I was provided the original build sheet and was not pressured to purchase. Overall a pleasurable experience. Definitely enjoyed the test drive and have set my sights on buying a Q7 in the not to distant future.

The email was very informative that was sent out. I bekieve they are pricing based on cost of homes in the area. Had cars marked up to almost new cost when they were two years old.

We were extremely pleased with AUDI PALO ALTO! We were contacted right away and continued to communicate until we went to the dealership to look at the car. We'd been shopping around, and even went through a car broker to find a deal, but nobody could even get close to Audi Palo Alto's deal. We had to drive over three hours, but it was worth it when we saved thousands on the exact car we wanted. David was informative, patient, and cordial. It wasn't your typical "car dealer" experience. It was pleasant and quick. We love our new car!

the first meeting with the dealer representative was not good at all. My son raised some issues regarding the price and the audi representative took an offense out it, left the room, came back with another person and we left his office. That was really bad. The other person was excellent and helped us thru the process quite well.

Robert is very nice and I would be confident if I bought from an Audi dealership. I didn't buy the Prius but if I see another car with this dealership I will look for Robert.

I called the dealership the morning that the listing went up. The lady who answered the phone said that the car wouldn't be on the floor till the next day. I later inquired only to find that the car had already been sold the day I had called in

Similar to other reviews, I unfortunately found this company to be condescending and rude in its email correspondence. I am always aware of the challenges with interpreting emails but the tone of their responses to my inquiries was very disappointing. I would have driven a long way for this car but was so insulted that I decided to hold off and look elsewhere. This appears to be a recurring theme for this dealership. Maybe in Palo Alto you don't have to be nice to customers.

They started off great and straight up. Dennis of Internet sales embodied this. Financing worked out fine as my wife and I stood pretty firm. We were left waiting for an extended period as the finance manager "fought" for financing for us. I always find this finance wait as disrespectful to customers as it is not necessary and is a sign that they are playing games with you. As an example, we were offered a rate, we declined and told the finance manager what would work for us and it took minutes to get us that rate. Paperwork went expediently, was introduced to a warranty and accepted. Terms changed on the warranty as questions came up regarding the coverage of some upgrades that came with the car. My wife and I were quickly and expediently barraged with new paperwork that did not include the discussed warranty. The speed in which the new deal and paperwork was handled left us feeling very unsure and suspicious about the whole deal. We actually signed off on just about all of the paper work at that point when we stopped and discussed the way this was being handled and the now lack of warranty and inability to cover this heavily modified vehicle. My trade in was already signed over. Told the finance manager Gino that this was starting to feel off for us and that we would leave for now and sit with what was happening for the night. Told Gino that for us to feel ok at this point about the deal, we needed a warranty. And we left. Since we basically signed everything, we did not think that we would get our needs met. To add to this, Gino was scheduled to be off the following day. We left in my trade in to be used as a loaner to remove some electronics. This was previously agreed upon. The following day, my wife and I handled the electronics in our trade in. My phone was dead, but I didn't care. I knew that I had basically purchased a heavily modified car without a warranty and had already signed my car over. After my phone was finally charged, a multitude of calls, texts, and messages were waiting on my phone. To make a long story short, Gino and his colleagues did footwork to research and legitimize the car upgrades so they were able to include a very nice warranty. Dennis was ready to let us walk away from the deal if we wanted. As I stated, I was ready to accept the deal without warranty as I had already signed the paperwork. To my surprise, these guys fulfilled what they said they would do. Gino was at work all day doing this footwork with his colleagues to make sure this deal happened. I was touched. To dennis and Gino and Audi of Palo Alto, thanks for putting me into the car of my dreams. thanks for all of your work on our behalf. Thanks for going above and beyond Gino.

Received a call quickly, but since I was on the other line I asked the sales guy for a call back in a hour. That did not happen so I tried calling him.. no answer. Tried again the next day...no answer. Business must be good if they can ignore leads like this.. I'll probably walk in since this dealer comes highly recommended, but they did an awful job in helping me this time around.

The car was way overpriced! It was $100 overall priced for the market IF it was a car in excellent condition, but when we went to see it it was filthy, in fair condition at best, smelled of stale cigarettes, the sun roof was broken, we could not get it to close properly. The body was dented and scratched up, and the ride was not par with a Mercedes. The dealership purchased this vehicle off of Craigslist and was able to offer no history but the carfacts report. On my experience over the 6 weeks I was car shopping, this dealership offers most of their used inventory way over market. The staff pleasant enough was the least accommodating of the 6+ dealerships we visited.

Got a quote at $20160.00 through email but they did not honor it after test drive and raised another $850.00 on it. I was told somebody offered this price. But the car is still there after 2 weeks.
