We put a down payment and expected to get the car in 3 to 5 days only to be told they did not have a title to the car and would need to apply and get o e from Colorado which could take 4 weeks r so. This impacted our ability to sell our current car as we needed a car for the 4 weeks it will take to get the title.

I had an excellent experience at Inskip of Warwick, especially working with Connor. From start to finish, I spent about two hours at the dealership, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or uncomfortable during negotiations. The team was respectful, professional, and easy to work with, and it only took a couple of back-and-forth conversations to reach a deal. When I returned to pick up my car, they even had a bow on it, which was a nice touch. They walked me through every step of the process, and Brandon took the time to thoroughly review all the details of the vehicle with me. I was very impressed with how well I was treated and how seamless the overall experience was.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. The salesman, Tara Tulku, was friendly, informative, and totally up front with the vehicle's details and the sales process. Tara provided me with the Car Fax and a detailed report of all service performed on the vehicle by Audi following its trade-in. He accompanied me on a highway and side-road test drive, and familiarized me with the various features on the truck. There was no pressure whatsoever from sales or finance, and my loan was approved quickly. I got a very good price on the vehicle I purchased compared to similar vehicles on the market, and the vehicle was detailed and delivered in pristine condition. I highly recommend Audi of Burlington and Tara Tulku.

I reached out to talk about the vehicle, and via email they were responsive and transparent about fees and cost. I never went to look at the vehicle because I am unable to during the week, unfortunately for me, the car sold 2-3 days later. Otherwise, a pleasure to work with, and very responsive in email.
