What happened. The communication between the sell man or manager. After discussing about the next step and ran my credit, never heard back from them, try to call back to follow up. No one reply. Call in operator. Keep tell me they will contact me back since then. No one reach out

I was ready to purchase this vehicle from Audi Fletcher Jones and move forward with a deal. Being an out-of-state customer, I requested a formal 'Out-the-Door' price and an official offer via email to finalize my financing. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending emails, I was never provided with the documentation I needed. Communication completely stopped, and I was ghosted. If you are a long-distance buyer who needs clear numbers in writing before traveling, be aware that this dealership may not be willing to provide them.

This dealership is Top Notch. The sales person was very friendly, courteous. He wasn't pushy. I ended up trading in my vehicle they have my a good trade in value. They made the transaction very smooth. I was there around two hours total.
