It appeared the dealership was prioritizing another customer who was willing to pay the higher advertised price and finance through the dealership’s preferred lender. Instead of honoring our agreement and completing the transaction professionally, I felt pushed aside because my deal was less profitable for them. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience that left me questioning the dealership’s commitment to negotiated agreements and fair customer service.

never got a call back or an email

My experience was horrible. I received a call saying that the truck was available. I got there I was greeted by my salesman Kaiden. He showed me the truck and gave me a little backstory about it. When it comes down to the numbers, they tried to sneak the $20,000 markup in, and if I never asked what it was for he was never going to tell me. After that fiasco, they ran my credit but couldn't pull my co-signer's credit, well me and my co signer do not have the same address on our credit file. I tried to explain that to him and he proceeded to tell me that it shouldn't matter. So long story short I never purchased the overpriced truck. Thank goodness I did not; I would rather use a $20,000 sum somewhere else instead of adding dead equity to a truck, all because I can't wait until October for the truck to be released.

This is a scrapyard reseller. The vehicle details are not accurate, and this vehicle in particular had rims that were severely damaged. If you're looking for scrap, this is the place. If you're looking for legitimate sales, not so much
