I don't understand dealers that use AI, Makes no sense at all why when you have a customer wanting a vehicle I was talking to a computer and not a salesperson? I think that's misleading and disgusting

I called ahead about a specific truck and scheduled an appointment with a staff member to come see it. When I arrived—after driving over an hour—the manager had no idea I was coming. To make matters worse, I was told the truck wasn’t even at that location and had already been sold. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. The lack of communication and coordination between staff is unacceptable. If you’re going to schedule appointments, at the very least confirm the vehicle is available and on-site.

Only spoke on phone with sales rep concerning a vehicle im interested in. I called from Alabama and he treated me as though I was in house! I will do business with this company if othe vehicle doesnt sell !
