I spent a day, gave personal information, filled out paperwork w Delvin only to be told that it SOLD. Then the very same day, saw it back on CarGurus w a $2k increase in price. Bad business.

Heard from them one time wanted me to send a credit app and go from there without setting options potential terms, let’s figure this about before you run my credit 5000 times to get me nowhere

■●BUYER BEWARE●■ According to carfax it was in an accident. Asked the manager what kind of damage there was and from the photos and what I was told, bumper skin. OK, not a big deal. Well it's the morning after purchase, discovered I was lied to. They accident obviously was a bit more extensive. The liftgate (which still has junkyard part #'s on it) and other parts as well. Hit so hard the plastic is buckled inside. The drivers side was hit evidenced by bondo & a bad paint job & the overspray left behind. The front bumper doesn't even line up, so I can only assume damaged up there too. Contacted the dealer, said it's off the lot & my problem! You don't want to accept the return and it hasn't even been 24 hours, which would have been the easiest & most decent and reputable thing to do. We will take the route to get our desired outcome., a man stating he was the manager, threatened if we followed through with our complaints their would be repercussions. RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

POOR communication between employees. I was more or less lied to about vehicle ONLY to get me to come to the dealership. I would NOT recommend this dealership. I drove over an hour to this dealership to test drive a car, that the salesman I talked to multiple times prior to my vist, ASSURED me that the car would be ready when I got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership I was told the car could not be test driven because it needed brakes !!! The car also had deep scratches on the passenger side rear door from apparently being sideswiped that was not shown in the ad pictures.
