Ross at the dealership was extremely helpful. He gave me a walk around video since I was coming from an hour away, to make sure I liked the vehicle. I was at the dealership less than an hour. The Ram is excellent. The dealership sales and service were excellent. Highly recommend.

Will update if anything changes but how I feel after going 95% through on the deal. I tried to buy a car but was sold a lemon & it wasn’t the vehicle that I wanted. Dealer offered to fix it, free of charge after I dropped it off No Questions Asked. A what I thought was a Good experience turned bad real quick. Because it was Multiple Ppl Involved when it was a simple question & that was for the vehicle to be fixed & properly serviced. They agreed but we will see soon.

I felt everyone there was professional and went above and beyond to help. The “no pressure” sales process was a plus.

Due to Ohio state policy, no dealership can sell used vehicles to out of state buyers. I was ready with cash to purchase. A disclaimer should be issued regarding this policy. Very disappointed with State of Ohio policy.
