Really bad. I spoke over the phone that I was interested in a vehicle, no photos were online and I requested photos. Took 2 days to get me two photos and by the time I got them I felt they did not care. Also two photos? Acted like they didn’t want to sell me the car and we’re almost disinterested in helping. I didn’t ask for more pictures or request anything else because of that reason.

Transit Motors and their Salesman Hussian did a superb job at answering all my questions and sending all the extra pictures I asked for. Plus some I didn’t 100% transparent and Honest. The car was delivered today 500 miles away from me and it arrived looking better than I anticipated. I bought a 2008 Toyota Camry Solaria Convertible and it is a Gem. I contacted the dealership to set up an appointment for a car. They set it up and confirmed the appointment the day of the appointment I drove about an hour to the dealership and then they informed me that they sold the car the day before. It was terrible customer service to not contact me about the sale before I got there. The worst was that they confirmed my appointment after the car was already sold

Told me it was available. Starting selling to me even though the person I spoke to wasn’t a sales man (Christopher Kelley). Started then changing the price, changing requirements, adding fees and when I complained refused to sell to me because I didn’t want to or need to finance. Then the vehicle ‘disappeared’ but when I had a friend call it was still available. They did this twice. Not worth the time.

Car was just as described. salesman was very helpful and honest. Process took a while but that’s normal! Just felt a little longer than usual. Dealership responded very fast to me. I was fully pleased! Definitely recommend this place if you want to buy a car. They will make a way for you to drive off in something

Called with some questions! Never heard back from them. I guess they didn’t want to get information or pictures to me about if there was any rust on the underside. Vehicle spent time in the north so I felt that was important. The price was great and I was ready to buy with cash if they had just gotten back to me. I bought from another dealer that was more expensive but could give me peace of mind with a few extra pictures.
