Excellent coomunication

This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. I corresponded with staff directly for about 5 days about a specific vehicle, which was not available in Tampa. The day of the "transaction" I texted and confirmed with staff several times, including right before I left on the two hour drive to the dealership. I was excited to pick up my new car, but as soon as I got there, the sales associate told me that his manager had just sold the car. This displayed such a sheer disrespect for my time I was speechless. Also, I ended up test driving another similar model, which I did not like. But when they tried to hard sell me on it they showed the paperwork for the original car I wanted, and I could see they were going to actually charge me about $1,500 more than we had talked about during the week!! Do not do business with this dealership if you value your time or your money!! It's a scam!

Had me make a blank trip from Georgia to Florida for nothing. I had filled everything out online and went there they say they couldn’t pull up my online application that I put in. They did all that calling me and my people for nothing. Acting like I would be able to pull off the lot with a vehicle but didn’t. Was highly disappointed.
