Purchased a truck and within less than a week I find out there’s over 4,000 dollars worth of repairs needed (suspension, shocks, ball joints) in order for the truck to be safe to drive! When I bought the truck I was told they have a great mechanic that checks and works on every car before they sell but I guess as long as it drives off the lot ok, that’s all they care about. Should’ve trusted my instincts when something felt off.

We found one of their cars a real possibility after looking at several. After texts and a couple of phone calls I had asked if the price was firm. I had asked them to come down $300. They declined but I told the salesman fine, we wanted the car. The only thing to decide was if I had to drive 75 miles to get it or if they could move it to one of there several dealerships in Louisville. He said he would discuss with his Manager and assured me he was told to move this car. 3 hours later, the salesman called and said he had bad news. The car had sold. I asked how that could be? I told him I wanted the car! I was just waiting on details of from him. He said the car was pulled up and people were looking at it. I said that shouldn’t matter because I already agreed to buy the car. He said there was nothing he could do. Obviously, they got more money for the car and decided not NOT to honor their word. Won’t shop at a Wyler dealership again.

Jake is a very great salesman's man. He helped us way up until the mate evening. After they had already closed, he was more unwilling to show us each and every car that was in my range. I have payment. He is a very great asset to your company. Jake does need a race and i'm happy with my purchase.I will recommend family and friends

Spoke with someone on the phone here. She was very nice and helpful. Deal just didn't work out because truck had an issue.

They do not deliver out of state. But when I was on the website where I saw the vehicle it did not say that they did not deliver.
