I went to Castle Hyundai of Downers Grove expecting honesty and transparency. Instead, I experienced blatant misrepresentation. The sales staff assured me that the vehicle was a “non-smoker car.” That statement turned out to be completely false. The moment I spent time inside the car, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was obvious. It wasn’t faint or questionable; it was clearly a vehicle that had been smoked in. Either the dealership failed to inspect the vehicle properly, or they knowingly lied just to make a sale. When you are spending thousands of dollars on a car, honesty about something as basic as the condition of the interior should not be optional. The smell of smoke is extremely difficult to remove and significantly affects the value and enjoyment of the vehicle. Misrepresenting something so obvious shows a serious lack of integrity. This experience left me feeling that the dealership is more focused on closing deals than being truthful with customers.

I contacted them and asked to finalize a deal on a car they kept beating around the bush about banks and how it’s the bank fault I been waiting a month to get the car. Called maybe three times in one week cause I would get no reply from them. They never contacted me back once after telling me they will call me back and we’ll figure something out. Poor communication and poor customer service. Also once I said I liked the car they upped the price 300$

Dylan and Amy sent me the information I requested, I test drove another Challenger and planned to look at there Challenger on Monday unfortunately they sold the car on Saturday. They were both helpful in there follow up and sent me a couple of other cars but I had no interest in them.
