I bought my vehicle at Long Lewis in Bessemer. Their service was top notch- great job John and Marques especially. They made sure the vehicle was clean and ready. They even did a video walk around showing me the vehicle before I came to test drive it. I felt I got a great price and didn't need to negotiate (other dealerships had similar vehicles that were more expenseive). They even delivered it to my home nearly 2 hours away at no additional cost. They even replaced the missing second key-fob. They treated me like a person and not just another transaction. Again, great job everyone and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The car we drove 4 hours to see was filthy, looked like it had lived its life at a dirt farm. Red dirt around the badges, the gaskets, caked under the deck lid, under the hood looked like the car had 250k miles. Pine needles, caked in the door jams. I asked them if they detailed cars or just ran them through the robo wash. I wasn’t convinced. If I pay a premium for a car I expect it to be detailed. Bye bye.

It took about 30 minutes before reacting service, no excuse - several salesperson present
