Acura dealerships near me (Middletown, NY)

Over the internet, the dealer was quite professional and courteous; however i live in Texas and their dealership is in New York. I pursued more local solutions to my quest before incurring the cost of a trip to New York or purchasing a car without a test drive.

I called them 3 times and they each time told me there were going to send me the deal sheet I requested for my bank. But no one bothered to send it or even follow up so I figured there weemrnt really looking for business

Salesman was very kind and straightforward with pricing and fees. He offered to try to match my banks APR for financing, which other dealerships don’t even try to do. They detailed the car for free the day I went to pick up the car. Would highly recommend this dealership!

I was shocked at how sleezy the guy was! He must have thought I was an IDIOT! He called right away after I put in my interest for a MDX or RDX. He asked me questions and then asked my budget-something you NEVER answer- but I did any way. He then called me back with a car that had 130,000 miles and how it’s such a great deal and it’s EXACTLY in my budget! It actually was the most expensive 2017 Acura MDX with 130,000 + miles I’ve ever heard of! I then emailed him a car that had 50,000 miles less and 1 year younger for $4,000 less! He then had the nerve to try to get me to buy it through him!!!! Not even an apology or anything! I would BEVER work with that guy!!! Just be wary when dealing with this place!
