My experience was very disappointing. First off the finance manager was very unpleasant. Wanted me to sign all of the paperwork before we spoke monthly payment and interest rate on loan . The rate they wanted to give me was very high even though I have excellent credit. Did some research on my own and found much better rate . They also asked at least ten times that they wanted me to trade in my van . Again did some research on my own and found I can get 4 yo 5 times the amount they offered. I completely understand they are in business to make money. But word to the wise !!! Do your homework before purchasing from them .

I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership. Sent offer 3 times and got canned replies. Last email said never again, please don’t waste my time.

I was interested in a 2021 Toyota Sienna they had listed. After seeing the TrueCar drive-off price of $35,207, I contacted them to confirm before making the trip from Toms River. Instead of a straightforward answer, I was quoted $38,700 over the phone with no explanation for the $3,500 difference. When I asked for an itemized out-the-door breakdown in writing, they ignored my emails and refused to provide one without coming in first. By the time they finally responded, the car had already sold. If you're looking for transparent pricing and basic communication, look elsewhere.
