Great follow up - vehicle just not quite up to my needs

We had called and scheduled an appointment to drive the car. When we got there we found out that the car had been sold and no one had bothered to tell us. The guy who was helping us picked up the wrong keys and was shooting it all over the parking lot trying to find the car which he could not find. I found the car and found out that it had been sold while he was in the office. Doing God knows what. He then tried to sell us another car with the same price and too many miles. We then walked out and drove back home which was an hour and a half from Thornton!
