Great experience all around !

Very personable service. Julian, the salesman was great to work with. He wasn't pushy or condescending. Kevin the finance manager was easy to work with and helpful. The negotiation process was a bit more challenging. He went backward on his offer (can't remember his name) with a modification. However, he did allow me a loaner vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready. My experience was basically positive probably due to the fact that I basically knew what I wanted in a vehicle. The pricing just wasn't quite where I wanted it to be, but doable.

The car was no longer available when I arrived and the sales person I was supposed to meet was literally being sent home my his manager in a full team meeting as I walked in the door

Brett was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and helped me locate an inspector . His follow up was great and sincerely appreciated as I am located on the opposite coast , some 2000 miles away.
