Accurate description, fair market price, pleasant owner.

Called about a vehicle asking for pictures. The person who answered the phone lied and said it was brand new to the lot, when it had been listed for 140 days at that point. Never received photos, never got another response after calling them out on the lie. Thankful I ended up purchasing from an honest dealership.

Potential Buyer Beware! I went in to look at a 2022 Ram 1500 which I saw online. The online price was $30,996. The truck was in good condition and drove well. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, the salesman mentioned that the truck came with new wheel locks, a lo-jack system, and paint and dent protection which added which cost $2500. He did not state however, that these add on were not in the advertised price. I didn't realize this until he showed me the cost break down which, all of a sudden, the add-ons were now $5,500. I told him that was not right and he should have specified that in the online add. After speaking with his "finance manager" he came back and lowered the add-ons to original quoted $2,500. I told him I wasn't going to pay for add-ons and that the was deceptive to omit these costs in the online price. As I was leaving I happen to look at the truck one last time and noticed the sticker with the cost for the add-ons...$1,995. Don't fall for this deception.

Was told they serviced tires (alignment, rotation, and balancing) but also purchased the 3rd party tire and wheel warranty from the dealership. I drove off the lot and not even 24 hours later had a blow out. Went to a local Dealership and was told the tire was in terrible shape and warranty would not cover it due to it being past its end of life. The tire was s unevenly wore due to what seam to come from a bad alignment. Reached out to Finnegan to discuss how these tires passed their tire servicing and the state inspection the dealership also performed. They insisted on me to bring it back into their dealership and they would sort it out. I arrived at 10:30 am and was told they did not have a tire and would be a “couple” hours. I waited around till 5:00pm when a tire finally arrived. 7:00pm was told they did not have have the proper personnel or equipment to mount my tire after working on it for over an hour. It has been 4 days since and they still have my car in the shop for the tire.

Not worth going there. They changed the price at the end. We agreed on $34k, and at the end they wanted $38k. What really upset me is that they wasted my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place
