Never had to talk to anyone. Send an email but never got a response. Give my number to call but no luck with this dealer

Have called about 2 different trucks and both times it has been a bait and switch on price and availability! First truck didn’t exist, got a not their problem excuse. Second truck was online and on their website for 43k called and they told me that was an old ad and the truck was 78k and by the end of the conversation it was actually 94k! Very sketchy!

The salesman was very helpful.

Ask for Dixie she was quick and sufficient had the car I was interested in already pulled to the front when I arrived.

They confirm the car was available, I drove 30 miles for nothing, when i got there, they said we just sold the car, but we have more available.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve had at a traditional dealership. I came in with little patience for haggling and was upfront immediately at what we needed to buy the car. The manager and salesman were upfront, reasonable and saved me a lot of time by just getting to the price we needed. The salesman, Bobby, was super open to our questions and made sure we got through the process quick and easy. Definitely recommend!!
