We made an appointment to look at a car. They called us 15 times and text several times the morning of the appointment to confirm. We live an hour away. Not once did they mention that they sold the vehicle we were scheduled to look at. We might of looked at other options if they hadn’t called and text so many times to confirm but failed to mention the car being gone. Just inconsiderate and not very customer forward.
