Excellent buying experience.

This dealership has deceptive pricing practices. Look at other reviews. I wish I would have done so before spending my time here. They add aeveral thousand dollars onto their online pricing of thier certified preowned vehicles. I bought at another Chicago area Acura dealer and did NOT have to pay this fee that Advantage stated that "most dealers add on this fee". Stay away from this dealer.

The communication and transparency of this dealership feels a lot different from other, more positive, experiences I had. The first interaction I had via text, I was met with so many "we're really busy today" kinds of messages, which feels like a sales tactic gone wrong. I had to ask 3 times for the actual service record of the car vs. their summary of the assessment/ their word for it. And after reading other reviews about their used car, it just raised some internal flags. It has low miles, which is great, but I've found that most dealerships offer this information straight away, aren't cagey and weird about it, and still do some kind of prep work on their cars prior to sale. I just don't get good vibes, overall, hence the low rating and I don't feel good about using them as a dealer.

Not a good experience. First salesman only wanted to knock off $900 on a 2020 used Mazda CX base model with body defects on it. Vehicle was overpriced and wouldn’t budge more so there really was negotiating with them. My credit is 760 so it’s not bad and I had a 10% down. Only wanted to know what I wanted for my monthly payment ask was so that they could whatever add one they could to stretch out my loan and take the most I had for a down payment rather than talk about reducing the out the door price. Didn’t even ask us if we were interested in any other similar models in the same price range. It’s like they don’t know how to ask questions to see if there are other options to provide the customer. Very silo mentality. In the end bought a car at the BMW sister lot. Those guys are total professionals.

Had appointment scheduled to buy car and then called to reschedule for later same day like hour later and then was told car was being sold like 20-30 minutes before my appointment was coming up. They knew I was on my way there and even visited couple days before and was told I have a 5 day window to reach back out and the car was sold on my way up there. Everyone had different answers for me about coming in, prices, and just poor communication all around. They told me main guy that was selling to me wasn't in at that day, but was also told car was being shown for purchase even though my appointment for purchase was coming up that day less than an hour of confirmation. And I sure the guy was out because he was out showing the car because I was told "cars not here at the moment" poor communication

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

I had a great experience at NB Motors, they gave me a good price and I love my new car
