Sent a one sentence email asking if I wanted a test drive, but never responded to my request for additional information.

DO NOT BUY HERE. They lied to me 3 times. They lied when they told me I could take a car off the lot. They lied when they did not disclose damage the car had. They lied when I agreed to a deal and they sold it from under me the day before I picked it up. I was willing to trust them. I should not have. Their response was “we’re in the business to sell cars.” My hope is that you do not aid them in that.

I drove from the other side of the city to see the car they had and I am glad I did. I noticed they had good reviews and Monty in particular was very helpful and responsive. The car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived.

All Napletons deanships in my experience have been a joke. Stuff is Not knowledgeable on products they sell and they still try to play the old school car lot games and then more games. My current car I purchased at a Napleton in St. Louis mo and the experience was incredible frustrating, and service after the sale is nonexistent
