On time or very nice the stuff I'm so happy to deal with this dealership or buy car they are very nice and kindly.

Where do I start , i inquired about this vehicle & they responded promptly.. unbeknown to them I had already looked up the vehicle by the vin # provided by them as per the description of the ad. It didn’t match & I told the salesman that ‍♂️ after he found out I knew it wasn’t the vehicle , he tried to offer me another one ..at this point i didn’t trust them & would definitely stay away from them if they are resorting to this tactics to sell a vehicle. If 0 stars was an option I would give them that .

Listen to me for you guys I come from Michigan Detroit about this car when I be in New York City I go to the dealer. I ask him about this vehicle. We lied to me. aren’t they speak with a reception in the dealer? He told me we sold it already. I told him how you sold it and you just text me in my email. The car is available when I drive 12 hours in highway and I just arrived from Michigan. You tell me this story you sell it already. This is so bad from this dealer and they play games with me. I wish from car Gurus be careful from them. Be careful from the dealer some dealer they play games.

This was the easiest and best car-buying experience I have ever had. We were buying the car remotely and Wayne was beyond helpful. He sent us a video walk-around of the vehicle and then sent another making sure to point out every ding and blemish to make sure we knew exactly what we were considering before we flew up. there was no "used car salesman" vibe. He was honest, up front and transparent. The worst part of the whole experience was the traffic getting out of New York after the purchase. :-)

Spent 2.5 hours, including test drive, the first day and about an hour the next day to complete sale and drive the Jeep home. Phil was a big help throughout the process, making sure things moved along and explaining each document that needed signing. He explained features as we examined the car and during the test drive... Phil knows his product. Cosmo explained all the additional coverage very professionally without undue pressure to purchase. Last minute hero was Ryan, who was able to get my phone connected after Phil and I decided we needed to call in an expert... i.e. someone under age 40. Biggest plus is the price advertised on line is the price quoted when you walk in the door... nothing hidden. Zero pressure to finance through Westbury Jeep. Not lots of wiggle room on the out-the-door figure, but they did work with me a little bit. Spotless exterior/interior... and full tank of gas on delivery! All in all, a pretty stress free and pleasant experience; I'd go back.
